AVION

Originally constructed in 1898, the building served as a warehouse and leather-hide factory.  Avion's ambitious reconstruction has left the industrial feeling intact, adding modern elements to the interior to create an open, modern space with a sense of its own history.  Each creative suite has its own unique feel and personality, as you will see.  Approximately 1800 m2 floorspace spread over 3 floors makes Avion one of Europe's largest post houses. 

We are located in the industrial "river district" near the center of Prague.  Currently going through major changes, factories and warehouses in the area are being converted into modern housing, commercial and retail centers. The river Vltava flows through and around the district (a couple blocks from Avion), where a new pleasure harbour and many riverfront projects are being added.  There are also plans to convert an island on the river into a nine-hole golf course, walking distance from Avion.
